Bangkok Marathon

The Bangkok Marathon is celebrated with several distances: 10 km / 6 mi, 21 km / 13 mi and the full marathon (42.195 km / 26.219 mi), which is what you have to complete to add this Mostpoint to your profile.

The start and finish point is the same for all categories and is located opposite the Grand Palace (Phra Borom Maha Ratcha Wang). The itineraries are approved by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and the Amateur Athletic Association of Thailand (IAAF).

The tour will help you to discover some of the most emblematic city sites. Including the Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Po), the National Museum and the Chao Phraya River. All accompanied by the friendly smile of the Thais, who will receive you warmly with traditional courtesy.

What else is there
Bangkok is one of the most visited cities in the world. The reasons? Many. If you dare to conquer this MOSTPOINT you'll find out for yourself. Do not miss the tuk tuk rides, watch the skyscrapers at night from a terrace or restaurant, discover lively Chinatown, contemplate the Wat Arun temple at dawn with its towers against the sky and get impressed by the skyline of the city as can be seen from the Lumphini Park. Dare to finish the 318 steps leading to the top of the Golden Mount (Wat Saket Temple). Go shopping at a floating market and if you have time, visit the former capital, Ayutthaya, of which the ruins have been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
